Competition - Your Class Roadmap
We'll show you where to start based on your experience level.
New - Limited Experience
No / New gun. Less than 10 times shooting. More than 5 years since you’ve shot. Pick “1” even if you have some experience but are still nervous & unsure.
Or
Familiar with safety rules & basic gun handling. Maybe you shot growing up. New but not BRAND new.
Intermediate - Advanced
Minimum Experience Level:
You’ve been shooting consistently for more than a year. You have begun to use a holster. You’ve taken at least one class or training.
Pistol 01
Pistol 1 is your personal 1.5 hour introduction to pistol shooting. Fast track your familiarization with your new firearm (or the one you haven’t shot in a long time!)
Don’t have your pistol yet? No Problem! For $5 upgrade to Handgun Intro where you use all of our pistols and try your hand at multiple makes/models while learning the fundamentals
You will learn & practice:
- Firearm safety
- Loading & Unloading / Checking the condition of your weapon
- Fundamentals of gun handling (how to pick up, hold, & manipulate your gun confidently & safely)
- Fundamentals of marksmanship (how to shoot)
- Safe gun storage & transport
Price/Student: $70 + 50 rounds (1 box) ammunition for your gun.
NO experience required. Just bring yourself, your ID, your firearm, & ammunition (ammunition available for purchase on-site) This class does include live fire.
Private Lesson
This is where you get to build your own training. Your instructor will work with you to find out where you are and what your shooting goals are and then put together a plan of action for each session.
If you’re just getting started shooting we highly recommend you get a private lesson before moving to Pistol 2. You want to make sure you have fully grasped the lessons in pistol 01 before moving forward where we will be building speed and more skills on top of that solid foundation.
If you have a bit of shooting experience under your belt this is a great place to start to let the CFI team take a look at where you are and how best to guide you forward.
Price/Student: $70 + ammunition
No Experience Required.
